Overview

The WINBACK BACK3TX from France brings TECAR (transfer of energy capacitive and resistive) therapy into the clinic in a compact unit. Radiofrequency energy at 300, 500 or 1000 kHz is delivered in CET mode for superficial, soft-tissue work and RET mode for deeper structures such as tendons, ligaments and joints, while Hi-TENS (2, 5, 25 Hz) and Hi-EMS (1500, 4000 Hz) currents can be combined in MIX mode.

The BACK3TX is the single-channel, 100 W model in the range, driven by a dual-core processor and weighing 4 kg, making it easy to move between treatment rooms or use on its optional trolley. The patented Power-In system adjusts energy delivery according to tissue impedance, electrode size and positioning, and the TX handle lets the therapist switch electrodes and change programmes by gesture. Secure WiFi supports remote diagnostics and software updates.
