ITO LC-320 Radial Shockwave Therapy System

The ITO LC-320 is an extracorporeal radial shockwave therapy (rESWT) system from ITO Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation (Japan). An electromagnetic ballistic generator drives the projectile, giving energy from 60 to 185 mJ in 10 mJ steps at frequencies from 1 to 22 Hz, in continuous or 4-, 8- and 12-pulse burst modes.

The LC-320 has two handpieces, so two treatment heads can be kept ready and the device can alternate between them without swapping, which suits high-volume practices. Three applicators (6, 15 and 25 mm) are included, projectiles are rated for 2,500,000 shots, and the screen shows handpiece temperature and cumulative shots. Thirty preset protocols are selected from a body diagram with room for more than 500 user programmes, and up to 60,000 treatment records can be stored (expandable via SD card). Dedicated knobs for frequency and intensity, single-touch start and an optional foot switch keep treatment fast.
