HUR SmartBalance Balance Testing & Training System

HUR SmartBalance combines the BTG4 force-sensing balance platform with a fixed support rail, a touchscreen computer, software, foam and an RFID reader in one station. Users stand, or roll up in a wheelchair, onto a wide entry platform with sturdy handrails, complete a scientifically based baseline test, and then train with interactive balance and cognitive games designed to also build strength and coordination.

Results are shown as easy-to-read graphics and tracked over time, so therapists can set goals and prove progress. Through HUR SmartTouch the station recognises each user wirelessly and links balance work to their personal exercise plan. The screen height adjusts to different users. Because the platform is fixed to the rail, clinics needing portability can choose the HUR Modular SmartBalance instead.
