Overview

The WINBACK BACK4 from France brings TECAR (transfer of energy capacitive and resistive) therapy into the clinic in a compact unit. Radiofrequency energy at 300, 500 or 1000 kHz is delivered in CET mode for superficial, soft-tissue work and RET mode for deeper structures such as tendons, ligaments and joints, while Hi-TENS (2, 5, 25 Hz) and Hi-EMS (1500, 4000 Hz) currents can be combined in MIX mode.

The BACK4 is the two-channel flagship, with two independent 100 W generators and a quad-core processor, so radiofrequency and electrostimulation can run on separate channels and up to three body areas can be treated in one session. Academy and Expert modes and Care+ protocols support both new and experienced users. The patented Power-In system adjusts energy delivery according to tissue impedance, electrode size and positioning, and the TX handle lets the therapist switch electrodes and change programmes by gesture. Secure WiFi supports remote diagnostics and software updates.
