Overview

The MagRex-U packages MREV's pulsed electromagnetic stimulation in a compact 19 kg cabinet measuring 400 × 430 × 420 mm, suited to clinics with limited floor space. Session time is adjustable from 0 to 90 minutes, and the coil is positioned at least 3 cm from the patient.

MREV states two indication groups: depressive disorders with head application, and muscle pain in the shoulder, waist, arm and leg. The manufacturer's labelling targets adults aged 19 to 70 and lists exclusions including pregnancy, people under 18 or over 70, and patients with contraindications such as acute arterial hypotension, bleeding susceptibility or epilepsy. A full screening should be completed before every course.
