Mindful Maze Set

The Mindful Maze Set gives children a concrete, hands-on way to practise calming breathing. Each of the three double-sided boards has an indented finger path with tactile prompts that show when to breathe in, breathe out and pause, so children can trace the design and breathe in rhythm with it.

Six designs, a cloverleaf, lion, maze path, rainbow, star and waves, keep the activity varied. The set supports social-emotional learning and self-regulation routines in classrooms, calm corners and therapy sessions, and comes with an activity guide. Each board is about 18 cm square; set weight 580 g. For ages 3 to 7.
