The EVOSTIM E is Sugar International's compact single-channel device for perineal electrostimulation and biofeedback. Hand-held and easy to operate, it is intended for patients who start treatment with a physiotherapist and then continue a prescribed programme at home between clinic visits.

Paired with one of Sugar's vaginal or anal probes, it delivers electrostimulation to help patients recruit and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, and its biofeedback function lets them see their own contractions and practise voluntary control.
