Overview

The PINOFIT® Fascia Roller Stick combines the wave-shaped surface with two handles, so the user or therapist can control the pressure precisely. Without the handles it is approx. 28 cm long with a diameter of approx. 8 cm, and it is rated hard.

It is especially useful for fascia work while sitting or standing, for example within rehabilitation exercise, and for loosening the fascia of the arms, legs, core muscles and buttocks. The waved surface gives a pleasant massage effect while allowing gentle pressure control.
