HUR Adduction / Abduction Pneumatic Strength Machine

The HUR Adduction / Abduction (ST5520-Hi5) is a pneumatic strength-training machine that targets the hip and thigh adductors and abductors. Its dual function covers both movements, which matters for hip stability and fall prevention work.

Like every HUR machine it works with pneumatic (air) resistance instead of a weight stack. Training starts from a near-zero load and is raised in small steps, so frail, post-operative or deconditioned users can begin safely and progress at their own pace. In the SmartTouch version the machine identifies the user, loads their personal programme on the Hi5 touchscreen and records every set; an analogue-display version is also offered.
