Overview

The Quickie Q100 R from Sunrise Medical is a compact, entry-level powered wheelchair designed to move easily through doorways, lifts and narrow corridors while still handling outdoor pavements.

Its rear-wheel-drive base is only 540 mm wide with a 1600 mm turning circle, and 55 Ah batteries give a maximum range of 31 km at speeds up to 6 km/h. The seat is adjustable in width (430–500 mm) and depth (405–505 mm), with 0–6° of seat tilt to fine-tune posture. Control is via the VR2 joystick system, with R-Net available as an option, and an optional kerb climber helps with steps of 70–100 mm. The chair is crash-tested to ISO 7176-19.
